Pallet Design - Light Engineers (Derby) can design bespoke pallets, engineered to the customers specific needs ensuring a cost effective unit tailored to suit the end product.

Kiln Dried Pallets - Pallets manufactured using timber which has been dried down to a moisture content of 18% or less.

Heat Treated ISPM15 Pallets - Heat treatment of wooden packaging - which requires heating of the timber to a minimum core temperature of 56°C for a minimum time of 30 minutes (H.T.). ISPM also states that timber should be debarked prior to treatment by an approved method. (D.B.). Light Engineers (Derby) have been assessed and approved by the Forestry Commission and are authorised to use the ISPM15 mark and company number.
